In today’s sequel to last week’s episode about reviving old goals, I’m back to give you all an update on how my marathon went. As many of you will remember, this race marked a step in returning to my running career, and I had a set of goals for it that I was looking to achieve. What came out of this experience are a series of lessons that are equally applicable to life in general, and I share them with you all here today. I’ll start by giving everyone a brief overview of my running history to date, and then delve into the unfinished business I have with it along with details of the marathon itself. Most importantly, I will share with you the valuable lessons that arose from my experience and how they can carry over into all our lives. You all know just how much I love to share my own life experiences and translate the lessons learned into strategies that can help us all, and I feel certain that you will find value in these ones I pass on to you here today. I'm also super excited to announce that I’m opening up enrollment for an Ascend Mastermind this month, which, in response to some valuable feedback I’ve received, will now be a six month program. If you’re a high achieving entrepreneur or high level professional who is ready to uplevel your health and well-being (mental, emotional, physical) while creating and pursuing goals you actually want then this Mastermind is the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll get to strengthen your habits, get clear on what you want and be held accountable by, and find support among like-minded women as you ascend.
