As we approach the week of Thanksgiving I would like to remind everyone of things we should be thankful for. First, let us as American's be thankful for the freedom that we have in this country. While we bicker and fight over policies by elected officials it is important to take time to be thankful for those who have sacrificed for us to be free. Secondly, we should be thankful for the ability to live in a mostly safe country. Again, this safety is not possible by the men and women who "stand" in the front lines every day to make sure we keep our freedom. Thirdly, and this is more personal, but I feel we should be thankful for the freedom to worship God. Faith has always been an integral part of our country's destiny, and I for one am thankful for His blessings on our country. Now let us get to the issues for this week and the upcoming week.
