TV & Film

S2E7After departing France, Sept-Tours, and Philippe de Clermont, we feel road-weary -- but the initial reason for this trip was to go to Bohemia and retrieve Edward Kelley and Ashmole 782. The Queen DID give her orders, so off we go.We are met with a ruler who encompasses all of the deadly sins, Emperor Rudolf II. The machinations involved to soothe his cravings and get what Diana and Matthew need are draining, but our star-crossed lovers seem to believe it's worth it. Is it? Maybe. Probably. Anyway, that's what episode 7 of A Discovery of Witches is about, and our episode 7 review attempts to slog through all of the troublesome trials and tribulations with the Bishop-Clairmonts.Thanks to Kristen Shuck for sponsoring this episode, and to all, please enjoy...Full show notes: http://go.DaemonsDiscuss.com/S2E7Informational links:Season 2 Shout Out! -- tell us your thoughts on this episode, the actors, the sets, or the series as a whole! Here's how one of the show creators explains their reasoning:Jeff Greenstein: "When Marta & David & Jeff & I did 'Dream On', we used to spend a lot of time thinking about titles, because they were on-screen at the top of each episode. On "Friends", we decided that was a waste of time. We figured, why not name each episode after the thing that people will ostensibly be talking about around the water-cooler the next day?"
