Sometimes tough discussions need to be made so that we can all connect with the meaning that is buried deep within. This was first prevalent in my chat with Annie Jones, a remarkable young women who shared her story about being sexually abused by her step father and how it has empowered her to find and follow her path of helping others. But there are always different perspectives, different life lessons and different stories to be shared from the same event.Today I welcome Tracey Morris, Annie’s mother, just as brave and remarkable as her own daughter is, to tell her story. This is as difficult a conversation to listen to as it was to have, but raw it must be, because only through real dialogue can we feel the true essence of the emotional journey someone has been on, so we can get the real lesson that we need to take from it.
