Howard, taught and inspired her to create a school where children can thrive culturally and academically. Dr.Woodard created a “Dream Incubator” in a small “tobacco town”. Because of her learning and sharing the work of Misses Sallie B.Howard, thousands of children are taught and exposed to their African heritage and the Arts.
