For most people they pick their presidential choice based on ideas, promises and who they think can win. Well funny thing, congress makes the laws, not the president, but since the president is a singular focus and people don't seem to understand what the job actually entails, the public demands to be lied to even if there is no way the president can make that happen. Plans and promises mean nothing. This is a comparasin of who would be better at the JOB not based on ideology.
