Aitan Goelman is a litigation partner at Zuckerman Spaeder in Washington, DC, where his practice focuses on white-collar crime and complex commercial litigation. He is the former Director of the Division of Enforcement at the CFTC and was the youngest member of the team prosecuting Oklahoma City bombing suspects Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols.
