An MMA British Champion and a student of martial arts from the age of 4 years old, Aaron-Jon North (otherwise known as AJ,) made the change from fighter to actor. It impacted his mental health and changed the way he viewed the world. What does it take to be an MMA Fighter? AJ started out in martial arts from the age of 4, for 13 years he built a career as an MMA fighter and become the British Champion. Then he realised something. MMA was his theatre; his true love was performing. He never considered himself a fighter. With that realisation, he chased his dream.
