On this week's episode of Next Level Minds I had the opportunity to sit down with Aj Richichi. AJ Richichi is the CEO of Charleston-based SENTIO, a leading hiring platform designed to help companies reduce turnover and hire great hourly employees. At SENTIO, Richichi drives the organization’s strategic growth, builds the product vision, and oversees the company’s talented and passionate staff. An experienced technology Founder, Richichi’s work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, Yahoo! Finance, International Business Times, and Vogue. After winning the New York State Business Plan Competition, Richichi was named a 40 under 40 recipient and “Technology Executive of the Year” as a teenager in Central New York before relocating to Charleston. A leader in the South Carolina technology community, Richichi was the co-chair of Charleston Open Source, first chairman of the global human resources conference DisruptHR in Greenville, and a volunteer as a technology mentor at the College of Charleston computer science school. Richichi graduated early from Phillips Exeter Academy to work in the United States Senate where he serviced the Armed Services and Homeland Security Committees. He is finishing his undergraduate at Harvard. On the weekends, Richichi can be found on one of Charleston’s many beaches with his high-school sweetheart and daughter.
