The warm-up call is usually the client’s first contact with The Gym, and the goal is to welcome new clients. Warm-up calls also help clients understand how The Gym will work with them and what The Gym can do to help them. This also helps The Gym get to know the client and learn about their goals, struggles, and what they are working on.
