The story of the Amityville house did not stop with the DeFeo’s. In December of 1975 the Lutz family moved into their dream house. Not only was it their dream home the got it and much of the DeFoe’s Belongings at a steal. Twenty-eight days later the family would flee in terror form the house never to return to it.
