2 Kings 5:1-14, God works in amazing ways: First, the leper is confident in Jesus' power to heal, and then Naaman, is comically hard to convince that he can be healed, especially by a foreigner as Elisha, who directs Naaman to wash in the filthy water of the river Jordan, knowing full well that the water back home is cleaner. Sometimes our healing and help come to us from unexpected sources. God sends us help, but not always from where we expected to receive help. Jesus Christ came to us; God in a form we did not expect. And God's healing power is among us today.
