Co-Foundress of The Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist, Sr. John Dominic, along with the community of sisters started Lumen Ecclesiae Press a publishing organization dedicated to anyone striving to live a Christian life and for those parents, teachers and administrators faced with the daunting responsibility of teaching children and young adults. LEPress publishes resources that are valuable to anyone seeking to fully live the Christian life. These resources are developed by the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother the Eucharist who seek to share the fruits of their study, experience in education and contemplation with others and are used in over 500 schools around the world. Sr. John Dominic’s Podcast Mind and Heart takes you inside the world of education and provides an inside look at the materials the sisters are creating and passes along tools to help listeners not only to better understand the faith but to be able to teach it as well. Each week Mind and Heart highlights different authors and leaders in the field of education to share their knowledge with you and provide a template for those seeking to provide better structure to their classrooms, families and their own lives.
