President Obama is expanding a $763 million military-led plan to help West Africa nations fight the spread of the Ebola virus and prevent it from reaching the United States. Around 3,000 U.S. military personnel will be deployed to West Africa to lead the project. ABC News Correspondent Andy Field joins Lauren and Ravi to discuss.
