It's the final week of Black History Month, and Donald leads the podcast for a special roundtable discussion on black soccer history, representation in the stands and on the field, how to be more inclusive and increase diversity in the organization, and also racism in the stands and on the field. Donald is joined on this episode by two wonderful guests: AO Raleigh president Eboni Christmas and AODC president Marcel Hillie. Together, the three provide different perspectives and important thoughts on issues that should be discussed well beyond the month of February.
