One of the best tools you have at your disposal everyday is your ability to appreciate and be grateful for the simple pleasures in your life. A roof over your head, food on your plate, people who love you in your life. Even in the darkest of times I believe it is possible to find something to be grateful for. My guest this week tragically lost his brother a number of years ago and credits mindfulness and appreciating the little things with getting him through such a bleak time.
