Artificial intelligence researchers talk about how humans learn, but they don't consider how diseases like Alzheimer's and Dementia damage the brain and affect human intelligence. We don't know how far deep learning and neural networks will take us.  Understanding the deficits created by brain diseases could help improve our understanding of what intelligence and consciousness are. That knowledge will teach us what we need to make artificial general intelligence a reality. Warren discusses his own mother's battle with Alzheimer's disease, what it has taken from her, and other deficits faced by other sufferers. He also talks about how Neuralink could help us better understand these diseases, so we can get closer to artificial intelligence. And maybe learn enough to find cures.Warren discussed Artificial Intelligence in depth in his video about Tesla and its secret Dojo program: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fdp4Uu9vb4s
