In a very special ATP Extra, Terry and Millsy are joined by legendary Premier League referee, Mark Halsey. Mark tells us about his journey to the top as a referee, before talking some of the memorable game's he has been a part of. We of course, pick Mark's brains about his memories of players, managers and games involving both clubs, including how tough Duncan Ferguson was to referee, his relationship with David Moyes, including his match report saving him some money, as well as revisiting his decision to send Jonjo Shelvey off against Manchester United and his passion at refereeing one an anniversary of the Hillsborough tragedy, and how hearing You'll never walk alone that day affected him. We get Mark's thoughts on the current state of refereeing, and his thoughts on the introduction of VAR, and how he thinks it could be bettered. There are laughs a plenty, as well as a serious side on Mark's passion for football as we not only revisit his strong battle against throat cancer, but his return to the game and some of the stories that go along with it. A must listen for all football fans.
