Aeriol chats with Pam and Andy of The Indigo Sanctuary about their wonderful work. Lean into this engaging chat as Aeriol meets these spiritual artists and healers for the first time and finds out a little more about why the healing duo do the work that they do:TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE WORK YOU DOWe are Spiritual Artists and Healers. Andy and Pam conduct Yin Yoga and singing bowl sound bath programs and provide private chakra balancing sessions. Prior to Covid, we regularly travelled to Nepal and personally selected our singing bowls, with the assistance of one of our sound healing teachers. We are rock hounds and lapidary artists, and we create Reiki infused, chakra-oriented, gemstone playing sticks for our singing bowls. Additionally, we create collaborative art with our friends in Nepal, who are traditional Nepali woodcarvers. Pam and Andy assist people in the development of their individual home practices, that are unique to the individual's personal needs and goals.HOW OR WHY DID YOU BEGIN DOING THE WORK THAT YOU DO?We have been the "Healers" in our families from childhood. We are both Empaths and we always tried to fix our families' problems. Unfortunately, we didn't learn the importance of self-care and we found ourselves in a physically and emotionally depleted state. Through years of study we developed our own home practice, our "safe space", where we rejuvenated. Having experienced first-hand how home practice, which includes sound healing, can be healing and beneficial we want to share our skills, knowledge and experience with others.WHAT KIND OF THINGS DO YOU ASSIST YOUR CLIENTS WITH?Our core purpose is to support people develop and grow their spiritual lives. We believe that self-care is necessary. We help clients establish a home sanctuary and develop a home practice. Educating clients about Himalayan Singing Bowls, healing gemstones, meditation and Yin Yoga is our main focus. WHAT SUPER TIP OR PIECE OF ADVICE WOULD YOU LIKE TO SHARE WITH THE WORLD?Self-care is a necessity, and having a home practice is a critical part of self-care. Developing your own home practice is a spiritual and creative expression of your authentic self. Stay with the same practice for at least 30 days before changing or adding to your practice. Be disciplined, but forgiving. Try to do your practice every day, but if you miss a day just start again.WHAT IS THE BEST WAY FOR OUR PODCAST LISTENERS TO REACH YOU?We can be reached by email at theindigosanctuary@gmail.com or by a direct message on Instagram at Instagram.com/theindigosanctuaryWHAT IS THE BEST WAY FOR OUR PODCAST LISTENERS TO REACH YOU?We can be reached by email at tHealing Vibes with AeriolAeriol Ascher BodyMindSoul.TV & Media Network founder, producer, host and Empowered Self-Care book compilerHealing Body Mind and Soul Network Find the healing body Mind and soul network at BodyMindSoul.TV Aeriol Ascher BodyMindSoul.TV & Media Network founder, producer, host and Empowered Self-Care book compilerHealing Body Mind and Soul Network Find the healing body Mind and soul network at BodyMindSoul.TVAeriol Ascher BodyMindSoul.TV & Media Network founder, producer, host and Empowered Self-Care book compilerHealing Body Mind and Soul Network Find the healing body Mind and soul network at BodyMindSoul.TVDisclaimer: This post contains affiliate links.
