From defending her brother from the bullies as a child, to reporting in the darkest and most dangerous corners of the Earth, Janine di Giovanni has always had a fierce need to fight for justice and stand up for others whose voices cannot be heard.Janine di Giovanni is a multi-award winning war reporter and author who has covered nearly every major violent conflict since the late nineteen-eighties. Her focus is on war crimes; global terrorism; refugee issues and sexual violence during war time.
