It is easy to get lost in the stress of everyday life and forget who we really are and what our purpose is here on earth in this body. Our challenge is to be constantly aware that we are our soul. Our soul has inhabited our body to have human experiences designed by our soul before it inhabited this body. Our challenge is to be in constant contact with our soul so we are guided by  "our Soul plan"  for our life. We will discuss the needs of the body and how to nurture the body in a way that allows us to be guided by our soul's plan for our life not by the fear that society wants us to believe is what life is all about. We will develop an action plan for what to do when our life goes out of balance ( and it will ) to bring it back into balance. Life is a process of learning and growing. Be patient with yourself!
