WHAAAAAAT I THOUGHT THIS THING WAS DEAD!!! Hi everyone, sorry for the delay in episodes, motivation has been low and training for the Chicago Marathon took precedence. Now that it is winter in Maine hopefully the podcasters can get together more and put up more content. This episode was recorded back in June but in this episode we sit down to talk with Jake Norris and Todd Michaud about their race The Bay Of Fundy Marathon back in June. We touch upon race strategy, training philosophy, milage among other things. Hope you enjoy.
