About Joanne Joanne Sweeney is the CEO of Public Sector Marketing Institute and Digital Training Institute, host of the Public Sector Marketing Show podcast and organiser of Europe’s Public Sector Digital Marketing Summit. A skilled digital marketing consultant and trainer, Joanne’s accredited programmes attract students from across the world. She has also briefed Facebook’s senior government team and has spoken at Twitter Headquarters in San Francisco on Digital Citizenship. A former broadcast journalist, she is also a two-time author on digital communications for government and public sector agencies.
