Beau Blankenship, "If you don't succeed, you don't eat", Former Running Back for Jacksonville Jaguars & Real Estate Advisor shares his story on Global Luxury Real Estate Mastermind with Michael Valdes Podcast #193 Beau Blankenship was a professional football player who used the discipline he learned on the field and transferred it to building a successful real estate business on the Florida coastline. He tells how he went from being a player on a team to being the "coach" for his team now and the lessons he learned along the way. More About Beau Blankenship:  “My name is Beau Blankenship and I’ve had the wonderful privilege of enjoying the unique, eclectic lifestyle of the 30A scenic highway for over 16 years as my family vacationed here year after year. Knowing the potential of this surrounding area, I have always had a passion for increasing awareness to the significance of investing smart, and placing your hard earned money where it counts and where it will thrive. My zeal for Real Estate has multiplied over the years and I now own ENGEL & VOLKERS in Santa Rosa Beach FL upon completing my professional football career.   As a former Running Back and Track and Field member, the discipline I acquired as an athlete translates in how I perform for my clients. By delivering originality, enthusiasm, leadership, and die-hard dedication, any of my clients are certain to be in good hands. Raised in the charming town of Norman, Oklahoma I’ve learned the value in building and maintaining solid relationships. I actively listen to my client’s needs and wishes including the ones they don’t verbally acknowledge and do my utmost best to meet those needs. I practice an open-door policy to make you feel comfortable and ensure you have a responsive, transparent, personalized experience and will work diligently to deliver the best selling or buying opportunities in the scenic 30A area. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to earn your trust with this significant investment.” About Michael Valdes:  Michael Valdes is the President of eXp Global.
