A couple of months ago I sat down with my friend Dr. Jade Teta to record this episode. We talked about everything from his life as a high school jock, going to med school, marriage, divorce and the creation of his newest company Next Level Human to covid and facing being liars in the past ourselves. A friend recently asked me what Jade is like as a friend and I described him as that friend who lives 3000 miles away (because he does) but every interaction you leave feeling better, like you were just given a big bear hug and that there is someone who really sees you on that day...
