Today I will explain why I had to take a bit of a break from the show. You, my listeners, are very important to me. We are also going to talk about determining who we are going to help, my “Hero Squad” and how I can assist them and spend time thinking about them. We can’t be everything to everybody, and we can impact the world more through assisting. In this episode, I talk about my hero list, who my heroes are, and how I can spend more time with my heroes by taking time away from other items on my list. Not getting more done, but making the time I necessary which I need for essential people. Staying true to my stop working time. I also chat about what real wealth encompasses, which is not just making money with your business. Why you should create your business around your lifestyle, not your lifestyle around your business. Common “enemies” to your lifestyle or business and how you can bond with others who have the same enemies to overcome that negative space. Cut through the noise to focus on the critical factors. The seven factors which I have learned works well to keep my hero team fueled. In This Episode: [01:20] Just got back from my visit from Toronto and I’m feeling good. [02:01] Frame of mind which worries more about other people than our own self-interest. [02:43] Who do you want to be a “Hero” to? [04:01] My intention is to eat lunch with my wife everyday, because she and my son are #1 my hero list. [05:32] How can I achieve an outcome with the least amount of effort possible? [06:31] Good Life team members are #2 on my hero squad. [07:49] How can I provide my team more training, confidence and opportunities? [09:32] Good Life clients are #3 on my hero squad, whom I value and are very important. What can I implement to keep my clients online? [10:46] Be authentic with who we are. [14:01] We partner with Wine to Water to raise money for those in third world countries who don’t have safe water. The power is in the invitation. [16:07] Where we should go to share what we are thinking. [18:12] Put the things that light you up at the forefront of your business. [19:55] Collaborators and partners and how I can proactively assist them to be more profitable. [20:45] I’m going to be real, bare my heart and not run ads for my listeners.
