Dan started his journey as a parking attendant at Epcot Center in Orlando, Florida. Over 26 years, and 19 different jobs, he became the Vice President of the biggest theme park in the world - The Magic Kingdom. Disney World is known for its excellence, and their the ability to go above and beyond to serve their guests. Dan has mastered the art of creating an inviting team culture that allows "cast members" to show up to work every day with a purpose. He wrote all of his tips and trick in a book called, How's the Culture in your Kingdom, and he gives us a little piece of his wisdom in today's episode!
