I normally speak about endurance sports. Today I change that format to speak up in support of Black Lives Matter. You may not think that endurance sports directly relate to this cause but I personally think that they do and I share why in this episode. I believe that I have a personal responsibility to use my platform to speak out against injustice. I created this platform so that I could determine the content and this topic is important to me as the host of this show. I believe that to be silent is to be complicit.
