We will visit the topic of an online community in social media referred to as "Black Twitter" Black Twitter is a cultural identity on Twitter that is a collective of African-American users. We have a panel of prominent social media personalities to discuss the advent of Black Twitter and what the term means. We will also discuss the profound effect Black Twitter has had on the mainstream media and how it works to amplify marginalized voices.
