There is a lot of misinformation about body sculpting. People always want to get rid of fats in some areas and get other parts of their body bigger. The reality of body sculpting is that you can accomplish it. However, you need to have a strong foundation first.  You do this by dropping your body fat percentage, then build your muscles.
