Inspired by Andrew Huberman on the Joe Rogan Podcast. He's a neuroscientist and studies how the we can perform optimally.Simply put, it comes down to four things: Clear, calm, focus, and sleep.Also, by being in a state of urgency we can improve our ability to learn. I argue that prolonged periods in this state could backfire and "overheat" the brain instead.
