In this episode of Social Justice Warriors, Matt Buckley interviews Jen Senko, who is the director of the documentary film The Brainwashing Of My Dad. The Brainwashing Of My Dad details the effects that listening to right-wing talkback radio  had on her father. Prior to listening to right-wing talkback radio, Jen Senko's father was an open-minded and compassionate person who was largely apolitical and tended to vote for the Democrats. After he started listening to right-wing talkback radio on his drive to and from work each day, he became a hateful, dogmatic, right-wing fanatic. The film shows that listening to right-wing talkback radio and watching Fox News has had the same effect on numerous other Americans. The film also details how the U.S.A.'s right-wing media industry came about.
