Jogee and Ruddock (2016) is the most significant judgment in the field of criminal law in the last decade (if not longer). In this debate, Matthew Dyson (Trinity) speaks in support of the Supreme Court/Privy Council’s decision, whilst Nick McBride (Pembroke) speaks against it. This event was hosted by the Cambridge Centre for Criminal Justice (CCCJ). The CCCJ brings together members of the Faculty, students and visitors researching into all aspects of criminal justice.
