Recording of forum held October 15, 2013 at QUT Kelvin Grove Campus. Drawing on the Russian proverb "trust, but verify", this free CEDM forum highlights the opportunities and challenges of using social media in crisis communication, and discusses emerging approaches and solutions. Speakers include Dr Paul Barnes, Associate Professor Axel Bruns, Gary Kemble, Dr Amisha Mehta, Adam Moss and Assistant Commissioner Paul Stewart. The forum is moderated by Peter McCutcheon.
