This week on @Champandthetramp Roger and Frankie talk about the Jake Paul vs Tyron Woolley fight card. They then move onto discussing how they both spend to much time on their phones and how that is misappropriating their time. It’s a vice for many of us and despite the many advantages of technology we also must admit the down side of it and how it take away from family time. Roger talks about his jump off Kingsman quarry in Maine when he was just 21 years old and how that one jump resulted in a life time of pain and issues with his spine and how it has had a profound effect on his left leg and specifically his calf which has atrophied away do to permanent nerve damage.
