Our party makes their first venture into the town of the HOV. Kashe leads them to the town center, where they meet Willa, a nurse who works in the town center. Both Kashe and Willa have strange purple scars on their foreheads - but there is no indication of what they mean. The party meets Sheriff Kenati at the tavern, who has frozen time when they arrive. He speaks Common to them and tells them some rather important information about the HOV, then disappears saying they cannot speak again. The party then follows Kashe to her home tent, where they get their first night's sleep inside the town.
