Fate had a future carved out for him in law, and Charles specialises in corporate, mergers and acquisitions law, especially in the retail, franchise and mining sectors. He has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on their South African and African operations. He does all of this while being cool, calm and collected, in the comfort of his office. Charles, a Director of Fluxmans since 2016, has a BA LLB( Wits), certificates in Mining Law and IT Law and a member of the Law Society of South Africa’s tax matters and exchange control committee.
