Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel blamed the NDA led Central Government today for "stalling" the 2013 Jhiram Ghati Massacre probe. Mr Baghel said that the NIA is "not doing its job" and that there is "conspiracy" behind this. He also said that the Centre is not giving the state the file and is deliberately stalling the probe. In 2013, a convoy of INC leaders was attacked in the Jhiram Ghati Valley of Chhattisgarh. It led to the death of 32 people.
