In the latest Property Report podcast, associate editor Richard Allan Aquino spoke with Elsa Tian, associate director of international projects marketing at Knight Frank China. Tian, who has lived in Shanghai for a number of years, discussed where and why affluent Chinese investors are currently investing in properties outside of Mainland China.
