It seems a good time to talk Medicare since we are in the middle the 2015 Medicare Annual Enrollment period which ends on December 7th. Medicare is the federal health program that provides health coverage to 50 million Americans ages 65 and older and younger adults with permanent disabilities. Medicare is a vital source of retirement security for 23 million women ages 65 and over, who tend to have lower incomes to pay for health care. Women also tend to have more chronic conditions than older men and more than half of all older Medicare beneficiaries are women.
