The Cinematejkas are back and - after giving y'all a month to catch the world's biggest movie - we're talking Avengers: Endgame. Isaac Crouch joins Catherine, Josh and Sam to discuss (likely) the biggest movie of all time, breaking down battle scenes, debating character decisions and sendoffs and discussing where the Marvel Cinematic Universe goes from here. Editorial Note:We recorded this right after Endgamewas released, so apologies if there are any incorrect facts or dated references Editorial Note No. 2: HEAVY SPOILER WARNING for those who haven't yet seen Endgame... though something tells us if you haven't seen it already, you probably don't care! Episode Breakdown 0:00 – 1:40: CINEMATEJKAS, ASSEMBLE! (Intro) 1:41 – 11:40: The four give their initial reactions to Endgame, including things that stood out (positive and negative.)  11:41 – 23:24: Josh asks everyone what they want and expect out of an Avengersmovie in 2019, which leads to discussions about the inner machinations of Endgame's plot. 23:25 – 35:59: Of course, what is an Avengers movie without an epic battle scene? The four discuss the final battle between Thanos and our heroes, highlighting the reasons why we loved this decade-long saga in the first place 36:00 – 46:00: Isaac brings up the future of the MCU, which turns into a discussion about whether or not we still care about the characters who will move on past the Infinity Saga. 46:01 – 48:11: Final grades and thoughts, including a take so spicy it broke the mics (no, seriously!) 48:12 – 49:15: Outro, including a beautifully sung rendition of the Avengers theme by the Crouch Brothers.
