In this 75-minute audio yoga class we focus on twisting and opening the hamstrings in a number of Revolved Big Toe Pose (or Parivrtta Hasta Padangusthasana) variations. There are also chances to work into Koundinyasana and Reverse Koundinyasana {for my fellow arm-balance-lovers!}. This class is not for beginners; experienced practitioners only (level 2-3 class).
