Jersey Strong at Climax Brewing That’s the phrase that comes to mind when you walk into Climax Brewing. Then you meet Dave Hoffman, owner and brewmaster, and you understand why the phrase is so fitting. As one of the oldest small-scale (micro) breweries in the state, they are Jersey Strong. Dave is a super-passionate guy and believes in brewing beers to style using traditional methods and ingredients. He’s won a few awards for hitting them accurately, specifically the Helles.
