The first half was entirely devoted to what happened to him this week starting with our new segment, "This Week in Royal Carribbean", in which Andrew had to deal with a customer of Mexican origin that forgot something of vital importance in another city. Then, he talked about a situation which his next door neighbor experienced and what he had to do to help.
