Listen to a public hearing on two proposed ordinances. One would create a Special Events Permit to require event planners to coordinate with first responders. The other would require inoperable, uninsured vehicles to be stored behind a resident’s home and also require household garbage be placed in plastic or galvanized containers until collected.
