As per the latest news on times now, Congress Rebels plan a comeback (Ghar Vaapsi) in the party ahead of Uttarakhand polls.  According to sources, nine rebel Netas who resigned from the Congress party in 2016 to join the Bharatiya Janta Party are expected to rejoin Congress.
