Today we are excited to welcome Amy Berger to Health Coach Radio.  Amy is the founder of Tuit Nutrition.  She holds a Masters's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and is also a Certified Nutrition Specialist. Her areas of specialty include using low carb and ketogenic diets as nutritional therapies for Type I and Type II diabetes, obesity, PCOS, migraines, acid reflux, cardiovascular disease, and neurological and neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis and Epilepsy.  She has been an entrepreneur and leader doing exciting things in the nutrition coaching business longer than most and we were super excited to chat her up.  Amy has now authored two books, The Alzheimer's Antidote, and the newly released Stall Slayer.  During this episode, we dive into lots of interesting topics with Amy, including why content and nuance ALWAYS matter, how she found her voice, cognitive health and decline, and much more.
