PUBLISHED: 05/05/2020 We’re living in trying times these days as the COVID-19 pandemic turns our world upside down. Will it ever be the same again? We’re just past the seven week mark when Canada went into lockdown as the COVID-19 virus spread throughout Canada. Being sequestered in your home, possibly self isolating from your family can have a huge toll on your mental wellbeing. The economic devastation from shutting down the economy will be felt long term. All are weighing on our collective mental health. In spite of all this, we are curious to hear what you think.
