Ms. Porritt took us through her absolute treasure worthy career journey and her experiences throughout her 4 decades of being the core of her business. From how her talent blossomed at a young age when she formed an appreciation for aesthetics and design, working with Queen's dressmaker Norman Hartnell to her milestones such as winning multi-designer awards in the 70s. She talked about her dedication in developing her brand ‘Feathers Boutique’, which is now one of Melbourne's most iconic fashion brands with a succession of fifteen stores and over fifty employees.
