Massey comes to writing after a successful 30+ career in the leadership of academic, governmental and community-based nonprofit organizations, serving as board member, chief administrative officer, program manager and management consultant/technical assistance provider.   She is also a forty-five year member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and an active member of the Marietta Roswell Alumnae Chapter. Birth Days is her first collection of short stories about women who turned difficult beginnings into glorious lives.
